We were instructed by my client to work at: old city hall, former mayor of London offices, 110 queens walk, London. We sand blasted all existing steelwork over 9 floors to remove all old intumescent coating and contaminates back to S.A.2.5. Finish. We then airless sprayed Sherwin Williams C400 two pack primer to protect the steels from future contamination while other works take place on site.
we worked on the building for four months ensuring every stage of the works was recorded and certificated with profile testing of the steels and DFT reading for the Industrial coatings. We used a local independent paint inspector to check everything using elcometer machines.
All works were completed on time and in budget for the client.
